Indonesia to Participate in Balkans` Largest Tourism Fair

IDXChannel - Indonesia will be participating in the 45th International Tourism Fair which will take place in Belgrade, Serbia from 22-25 February.

"This tourism exhibition is the largest and most visited tourism exhibition in the Balkan region," the Indonesian Embassy in Belgrade stated in a media release, Thursday (22/2/2024).

According to the Indonesian Embassy, Indonesia\'s participation in this year\'s tourism exhibition is not just an opportunity to promote tourism but also celebrate 70 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Moreover, Indonesia\'s participation in this exhibition shows the country\'s commitment to strengthen international collaboration in the tourism sector.

To showcase the diverse and dynamic tourism opportunities offered by Indonesia, the Indonesian Embassy, in collaboration with the Labuan Bajo Flores Authority Implementing Agency and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, will present three travel agencies to promote various aspects of Indonesian tourism.

The three travel agencies will showcase a variety of natural beauty, cultural heritage, culinary experiences, and quality travel packages.

A number of Indonesian artists will give visitors a glimpse into Indonesia\'s cultural diversity. The show is expected to enhance Indonesia\'s appeal as a tourist destination. (WHY)
