1. Birds

Birds are flying animals. They are vertebrate animals that are warm blooded. They belong to the class Aves and they can be seen everywhere. Birds breathe with their special breathing organ called air pocket. Beside as respiration organ, air pocket also can add or reduce their weight when flying or swimming.
There are many kinds of birds in this world. They have different morphology according to their food and their habitat. Some of them eat seeds, pollen, fish or meat. Female birds have specific duties. They lay eggs and feed their baby in their nests.
2. Penguins
Penguins are a group of aquatic, flightless birds living almost exclusively in the southern hemisphere, especially in Antarctica. Highly adapted for live in the water, penguins have counter shaded dark and white plumage, and their wings have evolved into flippers. Most penguins feed on krill, fish, squid and other forms of sea life caught while swimming underwater. They spend about half of their lives on land and half in the oceans.
3. Snakes
Snakes are reptiles (sold-blooded creatures). They have two legs but a long time ago they had claws to help them slither along. Snakes are not slimy. They are covered in scales which are just bumps on the skin. Their skin is hard and glossy to reduce friction as the snake slithers along the ground. Snakes often sun bake on rocks in the warm weather. This is because snakes are cold-blooded and they need the sun\'s warmth to heat their body up.
4. Leopard Geckos
Leopard geckos are natively found in the desert of westen India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. They live in dry areas and prefer rocky floors or semi-arid grasslands. Leopard geckos are nocturnal, spending the daytime hours under rocks or inside underground caves in the daytime. Geckos love the heat, preferring temperatures between 80 and 90 degrees. Leopard geckos have adapted well to dry, hot climates. They are nocturnal. Instead of coming out of the daytime to soak up the warmth of the sun, they are able to absorb the heat from the rocks under which they hide. Another adaptation that helps the leopard gecko survive is its ability to store fat and nutrients on its tail at times when food is hard to find.
5. Platypus
Many people call platypus duckbill because this animal has a bill. Platypus is indigenous of Tasmania and southern and eastern Australia. Although it lays eggs instead of bearing its young alive, the platypus is a true mammal, not with milk as do other mammals. Platypus has a flat tail and webbed feet. Its body length is 30 to 45 cm and covered with a thick and wooly layer of fur. This bill is detecting prey and stirring up mus. Platypus eyes and head are small. It has no ears but has ability to sense sound and light.
